Rates
As of July 1, 2022 fees will be $175 – $225 per hour, depending on the clinician you meet with.
Insurance
Your extended health benefits insurance plan might cover some or all of the costs of your therapy. Check your coverage for Psychological Services, Psychotherapy Services and Social Work Services, depending on the qualifications of your therapist.
In most cases, we will ask you to provide payment for the services you receive and give you a receipt that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. However, in some cases we can bill the following insurers on your behalf. Ask your therapist about that at the time of your session.

Payment
We accept payments in cash, by credit and debit card, and by e-transfer when you leave a valid credit card on file in our system. All payments are due at the time the services are provided.
Cancellation Policy
We bill 50% of your hourly rate for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
