As a dedicated and compassionate psychologist, I strive to create a warm and productive environment where every person can feel welcome to explore themselves and do the work necessary to live their best life. Disappointments and pain are inevitable, but suffering is something we have a choice over. Together, we can tailor effective tools to your specific needs and help you get closer to a more optimal you. I often describe the therapy process as like being on a train. You’re already heading somewhere on your track, but if we’re meeting, it’s because something about that isn’t feeling right to you. Working together, I’ll join you on your train where we will both explore why that might be and figure out how to help you get where you want to be, more effectively. When the time is right, I’ll disembark and you will carry on, equipped with new perspectives and tools to help you deal with any challenge.

Already registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario as a Masters’ level psychologist, I returned to school and am currently completing my Doctorate in clinical psychology at the Adler Professional Graduate School. I will be working with individual adults, couples and family groups here at Shift, under the supervision of Dr. Lisa Dulgar-Tulloch. It will be my privilege to accompany you on your journey to self-discovery and greater comfort.
